Terms and Conditions of Use

These terms are a binding contract. By creating an account, accessing or using any Coodesh service, including the Workdex platform, you declare that you have read, understood and fully agree to these conditions.

Custom contracts signed with the customer company may supersede provisions of these terms in case of conflict.

Assessment means any technical evaluation, questionnaire, simulation or AI-led interview run by the platform. The remaining terms (Candidate, Employee, Candidate Data, Customer Data, Platform, Services, Software and Management Users) have the meaning defined in the Coodesh Terms.

Coodesh grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license for internal use of the services. Agreements between customers and candidates do not bind Coodesh.

The customer company authorizes use of its brand for commercial reference and may request removal with 30 days' notice. Data remains available for 12 months after the contract ends.

Registration requires a valid email, a password and acceptance of these terms. The platform offers authentication via email, social networks or SSO/SAML.

Coodesh is not liable for failures of the identity provider configured by the customer.

Available features vary by contracted plan. API Keys are confidential, and any access performed with them is deemed performed by the customer company that owns them.

Background check verification, executed via EXATO DIGITAL LTDA. (CNPJ 12.387.530/0001-13), happens only when configured, and the customer is responsible for the applicable legal basis. In MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations, the customer is solely responsible for the data processing performed by its own LLMs.

The standard trial period is 7 days. Beta products are provided as is, without warranties.

Payments are processed via Stripe and Vindi. In Brazil: card, boleto and Pix; in other countries: card.

The platform uses third-party language-model (LLM) providers. Results generated by artificial intelligence do not replace human judgment, and Coodesh does not guarantee absolute accuracy of results.

The customer is responsible for access credentials and for all activity performed in its account.

Coodesh holds all intellectual-property rights over the platform, software and services, including the Workdex brand. Customer Data belongs to the customer, and Candidate Data belongs to the candidate.

Modifying, translating, decompiling or reverse-engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.

The parties commit to keeping technical, commercial and financial information confidential, an obligation that survives for 5 years after the contract ends.

Coodesh is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event. Services are provided as available, and Coodesh is not responsible for hiring decisions based on platform results. The customer indemnifies Coodesh for legal violations, third-party-rights violations or intellectual-property infringements contained in Customer Data.

Data processing complies with the LGPD and the GDPR, as applicable, and with the Privacy Policy. In on-demand assessments, the customer is the controller and Coodesh is the processor.

These terms remain in force while the account is active. Coodesh may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation. Data access remains available for 12 months after termination, and confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations survive termination.

Brazilian law applies. For customers in Brazil, the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG are elected. For customers abroad, Brazilian law applies with forum in Belo Horizonte or arbitration, as agreed. These terms may be amended with 15 days' notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
