  • The customer company is responsible for internal use of the platform and for the legality of the data its team enters.
  • Workdex may suspend access in case of security risk, breach of these terms, or abusive use of the service.

Ownership of data provided by the customer remains with the customer or with the respective data subjects, depending on the nature of the information and the applicable legal relationship.

Workdex retains ownership of software, models, interfaces, documentation, proprietary taxonomies, trademarks, standard reports and other platform elements, without prejudice to the customer's rights over its data and the results derived from contracted use.

  • Assessment results and skills reports may be used by the customer for internal decisions, respecting labor, anti-discrimination and data-protection law.
  • Copying, reselling, sublicensing, reverse-engineering or otherwise improperly exploiting the platform without prior authorization is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workdex's liability is limited to direct damages demonstrably caused by contractual or legal breach attributable to the service.

  • These terms may be updated to reflect regulatory, operational or product changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after an update represents acknowledgment of the new conditions, where applicable.
