This page complements the privacy policy with an objective view of governance, controller and processor roles, and subject-rights exercise.

Processing roles

In corporate flows, the customer company typically acts as the controller of its employees', candidates' or participants' data, while Workdex and Coodesh act as processors to deliver the contracted service.

In specific contexts — site browsing data, commercial contacts and Workdex's own contractual management — Workdex and Coodesh may act as controllers.

Rights guaranteed to data subjects

Data subjects may exercise the rights provided by applicable law, including access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability and information about how their data is used and shared, subject to legal and technical limits.

  • Requests tied to assessments or records inserted by the customer company may require additional validation with the primary controller.

How to submit a request

Requests should be sent to legal@coodesh.com with enough identification to locate the data subject, the context of platform use, and the related company when applicable.

If the topic is operational, initial support can also go through help@coodesh.com and be routed to the responsible team.

  • We may ask for identity confirmation, representation documents and additional details to prevent improper access to third-party data.

Security and governance

Workdex maintains governance processes for access control, auditing, incident management and periodic review of vendors relevant to data processing.

Significant incidents are handled in accordance with applicable law, contractual obligations and internal response procedures.
